- We are urgently recruiting aggressive, target-driven LOAN OFFICERS to grow the bank’s Loan portfolio.
- This role is for marketers with an existing, verifiable client base who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new clients
- Educate clients on loan products, eligibility, and repayment process
- Ensure complete documentation, KYC, and compliance for all applications
- Meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets.
- Recover loans given out.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- 1+ years experience as a Loan Officer/Marketer in a Bank, MFB, or Loan Company
- Must be resident in stated location and willing to do field work
- Honest, disciplined, and "goal-getter" mindset.
