Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive

Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, charismatic, and digitally versatile Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Chief Executive in managing daily operations, schedules, and strategic tasks.
- The ideal candidate will be a graduate aged between 26 and 35 years, with previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, and strong interpersonal and tech-savvy skills.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Age: Between 26 and 35 years.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion, loyalty, and high personal integrity.
Personal Attributes:
- Well-groomed, confident, and articulate.
- High emotional intelligence and a pleasant, diplomatic demeanor.
- Punctual, proactive, and able to anticipate the CEO’s needs.
