Broadcast Presenter

Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and engaging Broadcast Presenter to join our team on a fixed-term contract/project basis.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-recording high-quality radio or digital broadcast programmes for a multicultural and multilingual audience.
• This role involves presenting news, music, interviews, discussions, and community-focused content while maintaining professional broadcasting standards and ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and culturally inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and pre-record engaging programmes for diverse multicultural and multilingual audiences.
• Deliver news, music segments, interviews, discussions, and community information with professionalism and clarity.
• Research, prepare, and organize programme content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure all recorded content complies with broadcasting regulations, editorial guidelines, and company standards.
• Collaborate with producers, technical teams, and content creators to produce high-quality programmes.
• Maintain excellent voice quality, diction, timing, and audience engagement throughout recordings.
• Represent the organization professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcasting, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in radio, television, podcasting, or digital broadcasting is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Strong research, interviewing, and content preparation skills.
• Confident, engaging on-air personality with clear voice projection and pronunciation.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in basic audio recording tools and broadcasting equipment is an added advantage.
