Overview
- FMR Agency is recruiting a commercially driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager (Physical Expansion) to lead business growth.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding retail channels, building strategic partnerships, recruiting distributors and stockists, and driving revenue growth across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
- This role requires a proactive sales leader with strong business development capabilities and the ability to execute aggressive expansion strategies.
- Ultimately, you will drive market expansion, strengthen the company's physical presence, and build scalable sales channels that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new retail partners, distributors, stockists, and franchise opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with B2B, B2C, and B2G clients.
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities across Nigeria and international markets.
- Lead negotiations and close strategic commercial partnerships.
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Support the development of scalable retail and franchise models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Proven experience driving business growth within the retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong experience building distributor, wholesale, or retail partner networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities when required.
Salary
N500,000 Monthly (Basic) + Benefits + Performance Bonuses
