Community Manager Intern Remote | 6 Months | Unpaid Internship Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Community Manager Intern to support the management and growth of CXBLISS learning communities, including current learners, program participants, graduates, alumni, and professional communities. The role will focus on community engagement, learner communication, content development, article research and publication, alumni engagement, community activities, and creating a valuable experience for members across CXBLISS programs. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, creating meaningful conversations, conducting research, writing, coordinating activities, and keeping online communities active and organized. Key Responsibilities Community Management Manage day-to-day communication across CXBLISS learning and professional communities. Welcome new members and help them understand community expectations. Share announcements, reminders, learning resources, opportunities, and important updates. Monitor member participation and engagement. Encourage members to participate in discussions, activities, and learning sessions. Respond to routine questions and escalate complex issues when necessary. Follow up with inactive members where appropriate. Maintain a positive, professional, inclusive, and supportive community environment. Help members navigate community platforms and available resources. Program and Learner Support Support community management for current and future CXBLISS training and certification programs. Support weekly learning activities, announcements, reminders, and engagement initiatives. Communicate deadlines, live sessions, assignments, events, and other program requirements. Support learners with routine questions and information. Track participation and identify engagement gaps. Support onboarding of new program participants. Help ensure learners have access to relevant resources and information. Coordinate with the program team to improve the overall learner experience. I'm Alumni and Professional Community Management Support the management of CXBLISS alumni and professional communities. Keep graduates and community members engaged beyond program completion. Share relevant career, leadership, customer experience, business, and professional development opportunities. Highlight member achievements, milestones, certifications, projects, and career updates. Encourage networking and knowledge sharing among members. Coordinate alumni and community discussions, activities, events, and learning opportunities. Identify opportunities for members to collaborate with CXBLISS and one another. Maintain organized community and alumni engagement records. Content and Community Engagement Develop community engagement ideas, discussion prompts, polls, questions, and challenges. Share relevant industry news, resources, articles, events, and opportunities. Encourage members to share their experiences, knowledge, and insights. Repurpose CXBLISS content for community engagement. Support newsletters, community updates, educational content, and announcements. Create content that encourages meaningful discussions rather than passive engagement. Monitor community feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Article Research and Publication Research relevant topics related to CXBLISS programs, including customer experience, leadership, business, career development, digital transformation, organizational development, and other relevant areas. Research industry trends, reports, studies, case studies, and credible sources. Identify potential article topics based on community interests and industry developments. Assist with developing article ideas and content outlines. Conduct fact-checking and source verification before publication. Support article writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading. Publish approved articles on the CXBLISS website and other relevant platforms. Ensure articles are properly formatted and contain appropriate headings, links, references, and supporting information. Maintain an article and content publication calendar. Repurpose published articles into social media, newsletters, and community content. Monitor article performance and identify topics that generate audience interest. Research and Content Support Conduct research to support CXBLISS programs, learning materials, articles, webinars, and events. Research relevant tools, resources, case studies, experts, speakers, and industry developments. Identify useful resources that can improve member learning and engagement. Research potential guest speakers, facilitators, industry experts, and collaboration opportunities. Maintain an organized database of research materials and useful resources. Provide research support for new courses, programs, and community initiatives. Community Reporting and Administration Track community engagement and participation. Monitor member activity and identify engagement gaps. Maintain records of announcements, activities, events, and community initiatives. Track content and article publication. Prepare regular community management reports. Monitor engagement trends and provide recommendations. Document recurring community management processes.
