About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled, professional Aesthetician to join our team at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role works alongside our Aesthetic Nurse within a defined clinical scope, delivering facial, skincare, and body treatments with excellent client care and impeccable hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs, history, and treatment suitability
- Deliver facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, chemical peels, skin tag removal, electrolysis, teeth whitening, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal
- Deliver massage therapies, body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, and waxing
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, tools, and linens to hygiene and infection prevention standards
- Educate clients on aftercare and recommend suitable home care products
- Maintain accurate, confidential treatment records
- Monitor product and supply inventory
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Therapy, or equivalent proven experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a reputable spa, wellness centre, or medical spa
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, contraindications, and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Professional appearance and grooming, integrity, and reliability
- Must reside in Lagos and be willing to work in Lekki Phase 1
- Conduct & Confidentiality
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and treatment history
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and workplace protocols
- Limit personal phone use to designated breaks
- Represent the brand with professionalism at all times.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000- N200,000
- Accommodation Available.
