Client Acquisition Officers

Our Institution is recruiting for the position of Client Acquisition Officers for our Abuja offices. Our preferred candidates MUST reside around these stated locations - Utako, Garki 2, Gwagwalada, Dutse, Lugbe, Kuje, Kubwa, Mpape, Bwari, Zuba within the Federal Capital Territory. The core responsibilities of the required Client Acquisition Officers in Assurance Microfinance Thrift And Credit Cooperative Society Ltd include but not limited to the following.

• Identifying and developing new businesses.
• Identifying opportunities for business growth by understanding customers needs and proactively addressing concerns.
• Maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
• Cultivating, nurturing, and maintaining strong, long-term connections with customers or stakeholders.
• Building trust, and positive ongoing relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meeting sales targets and goals.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Negotiating Contracts and closing deals.
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring customers satisfaction and retention.
• Sales reporting and analysis
• Representing Assurance Microfinance Thrift And Credit Cooperative Society Ltd in the most excellent and acceptable manner.
• Collaboration with other teams.
