Construction Superintendent III

Job Description
- We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent III to plan, coordinate, and control day-to-day field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and review of submittals, RFIs, and RFCs, providing recommendations on suitability.
- Review contractor health and safety plans, traffic control, and erosion control measures.
- Verify quantities for payment.
- Identify construction non-conformance issues and assist in developing potential resolutions.
- Serve as the lead Company representative at designated project sub-sites when required.
- Provide construction core competency expertise as assigned.
- Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with contractors.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction planning, execution, and project completion.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites.
- Previous Construction Superintendent experience on major capital projects.
- Familiarity with Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent service to clients.
