Responsibilties
- Manage custody, organization, and security of all company non-rental assets, consumables, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock balances in real time.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes.
- Issue items only against approved authorization.
- Conduct daily stock monitoring, weekly reconciliations, and monthly physical stock counts.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain Stock, Issue, Return, and Goods Received registers (including Google Sheets/Odoo).
- Monitor stock levels and raise re-order alerts to prevent stock-outs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and asset reports.
Qualification
- Minimum of an OND/HND/B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related disciplines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory or store management.
- Experience in an event rental or logistics environment is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Odoo ERP (or willingness to learn).
- Attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
