Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily to promote the company's products and services.
• Identify and onboard new retail partners within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers.
• Educate retailers on product features, promotions, and pricing.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and available at retail outlets.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Submit accurate daily activity and sales reports to the supervisor.
• Resolve customer and retailer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Represent the company positively and uphold brand standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in field marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or direct sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
• Ability to use a smartphone for reporting and communication.
