Job Summary
- The Sales Personnel is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback.
- Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer retention rate.
- Revenue generated.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Timely submission of sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
