Data Entry Officer

Job Description
- In this role, you’ll help ensure that critical farm, production, inventory, sales and operational records are accurately captured, maintained and readily available to support better decision-making.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Capture and update farm production and yield records.
- Maintain inventory, stock movement and equipment records.
- Verify data against field reports, receipts and other source documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Identify and flag data discrepancies.
- Support Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Business Intelligence teams with data.
- Maintain accurate and confidential company and client records.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- OND, HND or BSc in any discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in data entry or administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ERP or database systems.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Pivot Tables, Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Agribusiness/farm operations experience is a plus.
