1.⁠ ⁠Core strategy and recruitment network construction Channel network construction: Fully responsible for the development, layout, and maintenance of recruitment channels for local drivers in Lagos (such as major transportation hubs and fleet gathering places in Mainland and Island regions). Local resource integration: Deeply explore and connect the local driver community, unions, car associations, gas stations, and offline agent networks in Lagos, and establish a stable and sustainable driver acquisition funnel. 2.⁠ ⁠Market insights and competitor analysis Competitor monitoring: closely track the driver subsidies, commission policies, and recruitment dynamics in the Lagos ride hailing and car rental market (such as mainstream platforms like Uber, Bolt, inDrive, and local rental competitors). Strategy optimization: Flexibly adjust recruitment incentive policies and local promotion plans based on Lagos' rainy season, holidays, and fluctuations in fuel/transportation costs. Qualification requirements for the position 1.⁠ ⁠Background and experience College degree or above, major in marketing, business management or human resources is preferred. Having over 3 years of experience in local Nigeria (especially Lagos) transportation industry, car rental, logistics and express delivery, or blue collar large-scale recruitment/ground promotion management. 2.⁠ ⁠Local resources and insights Familiar with the terrain and transportation culture of Lagos: Those who have a deep understanding of the main operating hotspots in Lagos, such as Ikeja, Lekki, Yaba, Ojota, etc., and have rich local driver access channels or community resources are preferred. Has strong resistance to pressure and adaptability, and can handle complex road, community, and personnel communication issues in Lagos properly. 3.⁠ ⁠Core competencies Leadership and Execution: Possess excellent team management skills, result oriented, and adept at motivating teams to strive for high-intensity recruitment targets. Cross cultural communication: Possess excellent English speaking and written expression skills, fluent in local Pidgin English, and able to communicate effectively with local driver groups without barriers.
