Media & Social Media Officer

Job Summary
- Crownbee Properties is seeking a creative and experienced Media & Social Media Officer to manage our digital presence and create engaging visual content.
- The ideal candidate must be skilled in video editing, graphic design, photography, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Edit videos for social media, property listings, campaigns, and events.
- Design flyers, banners, adverts, and other marketing materials.
- Capture and document property inspections, events, and other activities.
- Develop creative content to promote the company's properties and services.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in media, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in real estate content creation is an added advantage.
Salary
- N100,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
