We are seeking highly motivated, analytical, and creative individuals to join our team as Digital Marketing & Growth Associates.

This role is designed for candidates looking to make a measurable impact on SME development through strategic digital growth tactics. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analysing performance data, and driving client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support the SME Growth Initiative.
• Manage social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and content scheduling.
• Analyze growth metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet acquisition targets and business objectives.
• Provide regular reporting on marketing activities and lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven interest in digital marketing, growth hacking, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Must be willing to attend a 2-week hybrid training program held in Ikeja, Lagos.
