Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure HR policy compliance.
- Handle leave administration and other HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 3–5 years' experiencein core HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Must reside on Lagos Island.
- Must be available to resume immediately (Mandatory).
- Able to work effectively within an existing team.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
