Remote Sales Representative

What You’ll Do As a Remote Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving our company’s growth by connecting with prospective clients and guiding them through the sales process from initial conversation to close. Your responsibilities will include: Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts. Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions. Build trust and establish long-term customer relationships. Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward informed purchasing decisions. Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline effectively. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: A confident and persuasive communicator. Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business. Driven by goals, performance, and earning potential. Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up. Coachable, adaptable, and eager to improve. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer acquisition, or another revenue-focused role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities. Experience using CRM software and other sales tools. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office. Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
