Senior Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Medical Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, laboratories, distributors, and other healthcare providers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Conduct regular customer visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
• Organize and participate in CME, FGM, and other demand-generation activities.
• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market intelligence.
• Submit timely sales, activity, and performance reports through the company's sales management system.
• Support and mentor junior sales representatives where required.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in any Science-related or relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's licence.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
