Job Summary
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, safety compliance, and inventory/vendor management to keepHipTV'sstudio and office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage studio/office facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships
- Oversee equipment and supplies inventory management and periodic audits
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all premises
- Manage the facility budget and control costs
- Supervise admin/facility support staff
- Coordinate space planning and logistics for productions and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ yearsoffacility or admin management experience
- Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills
- Working knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
