Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Housekeeping Staff member to join our hospitality team.
- In this role, you will ensure our guest rooms, suites, and common areas are exceptionally clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
- Your primary goal is to maintain our high standards of cleanliness to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and suites daily to company standards.
- Bedding & Linens: Strip, change, and professionally make beds with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors.
- Restocking: Replenish guest amenities, including towels, soaps, toilet paper, and refreshments.
- Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in corridors, lobbies, lounges, and other public zones.
- Reporting Maintenance: Check rooms for damage or broken items and report them immediately to maintenance.
- Guest Assistance: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests for extra pillows, blankets, or towels.
- Lost & Found: Turn in all forgotten or left-behind guest items to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 years experience.
