Job Summary
- We are seeking young, ambitious, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Banking Sales Officers across Nigeria. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting banking products and services, acquiring new customers, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, loans, digital banking solutions, and other banking products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the bank's business growth.
- Conduct field marketing, customer prospecting, and promotional activities.
- Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking platforms.
- Identify business opportunities and generate quality sales leads.
- Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.
- Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good customer service and relationship management skills.
- Must be willing to work in the assigned location anywhere in Nigeria.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
