Dispatch Rider

Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of parcels, documents, and other items while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels, packages, and documents safely and on time.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
• Obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Ensure proper handling and security of customers' items.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.
• Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).

Experience:

• Previous experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Valid Rider's Permit and driver's license are required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Abuja roads and routes.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Basic record-keeping skills.

Other Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and capable of handling delivery tasks.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Candidates residing within close proximity to the office location will be preferred.

Salary
N70,000 per month. (Might be reviewed).
