Control Room Operator (CRO)

Job Description
- We are seeking a competent and experienced Control Room Operator (CRO) to monitor, control, and optimize production operations while ensuring safe and efficient facility performance.
Requirements
- Participate in emergency response activities and incident management when required.
- Escalate operational issues and deviations to relevant personnel for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND in Engineering, Process Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Control Room Operator within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience operating DCS, SCADA, or similar process control systems.
- Strong understanding of production operations, process monitoring, and plant safety systems.
- Good knowledge of HSE standards and operational procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule.
