Area Sales Manager (East)
Med-in Pharmaceutical Limited - 5 Openings
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify potential clients and new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- And any other job to be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc/HND in Pharmacy, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5years cognate experience in Sales and Marketing or related field.
