Business Development Manager

Description
- We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the renewable energy sector.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales, market research, and lead generation, with a strong passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field(MBA is an advantage)
- Mininum of 5 years experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry is a strong advantage
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Leadership and team management experience, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM systems for managing sales processes
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment sentation skills.
Compensation
- Salary: Approximately: N400,000 - 700,000 per month (Inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and commission)

- Business Development Manager (BDM) → National Sales Manager (NSM) → Senior Management Position.
