The ideal candidate should have strong baking and cake-decoration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality baked products. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked products. Decorate cakes professionally according to customer requirements. Prepare and work with buttercream, fondant, fillings, and toppings. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, quality, and presentation. Manage baking ingredients and minimise production waste. Maintain a clean and hygienic baking area. Complete customer orders accurately and on schedule. Develop new cake, pastry, and dessert ideas when required. Requirements & Qualifications 5–9 years of professional baking and cake-decoration experience. Proven experience as a Baker, Cake Decorator, Pastry Chef, or similar role. Strong knowledge of baking and cake-decoration techniques. Good knowledge of buttercream, fondant, piping, fillings, and frosting. Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines. Reliable, creative, organised, and a good team player. Work Schedule & Benefits Monthly Salary: ₦120,000 1 day on / 1 day off schedule. Approximately 15 working days per month. Daily staff meal provided on working days.
