Job Function

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Technology to lead enterprise technology initiatives, drive digital transformation, and oversee the successful delivery of mission-critical IT programs.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience implementing and managing Oracle ERP solutions.
• This is a senior leadership role requiring an individual who can effectively manage complex technology environments, lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and deliver high-impact technology solutions under demanding timelines.

Key Performance Areas

• Lead the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP solutions across Finance,
• Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing functions.
• Manage enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and large-scale technology programs.
• Lead multiple cross-functional technology teams, project managers, business analysts, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Oversee ERP implementation lifecycle including business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Establish technology governance, architecture standards, security controls, and best practices.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, system integrators, and technology contracts.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across business operations.
• Lead incident management and critical production support during high-pressure business situations.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project health, technology risks, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and mentor high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA or MSc) is an added advantage.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience with atleast 4 -5 years in managerial roles.
• Hands-on Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Strong technical foundation across enterprise applications, integrations, databases, and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives. Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and large implementation programs.
• Oracle ERP (Implementation, Support, Enhancements, Integrations)
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle Analytics, etc.).
• Understanding of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and IT governance.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and project delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
