Sales Manager (Automobile)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive automobile sales operations in our Victoria Island office.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in automotive sales, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the automobile industry.
- Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, vehicle financing, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and business development skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N800,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
