Marketing & Growth Specialist

Location: Glisten Dental Clinic, 6 Tamale Street, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja

We are looking for a marketer who understands that marketing is more than posting pictures and videos. Good marketing should bring the right people through the door.

About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our team.
• You will be responsible for helping us grow our visibility, generate enquiries and turn marketing activities into actual appointments and patients.
• You should enjoy coming up with ideas, creating campaigns, looking at numbers and figuring out what is working and what isn't.
• We don't expect you to know everything. But we do expect you to be curious, proactive, willing to test new ideas and able to take ownership of your work.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the clinic
• Manage and optimise Google, Meta, TikTok and other relevant advertising campaigns
• Generate enquiries and appointments through digital and offline marketing
• Track how much we spend on marketing and what we get back from it
• Help promote services such as Invisalign, braces, implants, veneers, whitening and other dental treatments
• Work with the treatment coordinator and reception team to make sure enquiries are properly followed up
• Come up with promotions and campaigns that encourage patients to take action
• Monitor what other dental and healthcare businesses are doing and identify opportunities for us
• Review campaign results and suggest ways to improve them
• Help maintain our brand image across all platforms
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Bring new ideas to the team instead of waiting to be told what to do

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional marketing experience
• A degree, HND or equivalent qualification
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads
• Good writing and communication skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and marketing reports
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is an advantage
• Good organisational skills
• Someone who can work independently and meet deadlines
• Someone who pays attention to detail
• Someone who is comfortable being held accountable for results
