We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining service to hotel guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar. Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Ensure tables are set, clean, and properly arranged before and after service. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with other hotel staff to deliver seamless service. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Requirements Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
