Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to support the daily operations of the organization.
- The successful candidate will ensure that operational processes run efficiently, coordinate with various departments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to improving productivity and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of company processes and procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and improving operational workflows.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational resources where applicable.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support the implementation of company policies and operational standards.
- Maintain excellent customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or any related discipline.
- 0–6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
Salary
N170,000 - N240,000 / Month.
