About the role
- To support human-resource operations, including recruitment administration, records, employee support and HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll inputs.
- Support performance, leave and training administration.
- Respond to employee HR queries within policy.
- Support HR compliance and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline; Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable
Experience:
- Experience in an HR or administrative role
Required skills:
- Knowledge of HR administration and processes
- Organisation
- Accuracy
- Confidentiality
- Competent use of HR/office systems
- Effective communication
- Sound judgement.
