Assistant Human Resource Manager

This is a full-time role based in Ibafo , by Mountain of Fire Prayer City. The Assistant Human Resource Manager supports recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment. They bridge the gap between management and employees, directing administrative functions to foster a productive workplace. They align workforce capabilities with business goals

Must be very good in the key roles of Human Resources such as;

• Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management.
• Compensation and Benefits, HR Compliance, Workplace Safety.
• Training and Development.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Possesses outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent presentation skills.

Requirement

• BSc, HND or professional qualifications in Human Resources Management etc; with relevant experience in a Corporate Organization.
