Summary
- We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative with at least 1 year of recent experience.
- Must be social media-savvy, skilled in CRM tools, and live within or around Lekki due to the on-site nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Log interactions using CRM system
- Follow up on unresolved cases
- Work with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Takes and fulfills customers orders.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year recent customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Strong communication skills
- Lives in or near Lekki (mandatory)
- Creative, pays attention to details and a fast learner.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
