Program Officers
The Program Officers will support the design and implementation of development programmes through baseline research, project coordination, community and stakeholder engagement, work planning, budget management, monitoring and evaluation, documentation of lessons learned, and preparation of high-quality technical reports.
Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Education, Law, Development Studies or a related field, with at least three (3) years' experience in development programming, particularly in education, governance, gender or economic empowerment.
Applicants should demonstrate strong qualitative research, project management, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in digital tools.
