Accountant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory remittances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage:

• Possession of ICAN certification is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
