Customer Service Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support the daily operations of a pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers' enquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
- Assist customers with general pharmacy product enquiries and direct clinical questions to the Pharmacist where necessary.
- Support community management by engaging customers and responding to comments, messages, and enquiries across social media platforms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and online communities.
- Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience.
- Assist with order processing, product enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience as a customer service officer within pharmaceutical environment
- Experience with community management and social media customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
