Job Overview
- We are seeking a customer-focused and organised Customer Service Representative to manage customer enquiries, support sales, process orders, and assist with daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and drive in-store sales.
- Process, pack, and dispatch orders.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Process payments and reconcile daily sales.
- Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records.
- Receive, arrange, and monitor stock.
- Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
- Keep the store clean and organised.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related role.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using POS and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Honest, reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work Monday–Saturday.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month (Net)
