Carrying out routine maintenance and repair works.
Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, fittings, and structures.
Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Conducting inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Reporting major faults, damages, or replacement needs to management.

Role-Specific Duties Maintenance Officer

Oversee general facility maintenance.
Coordinate repair schedules and maintenance activities.
Monitor building systems and ensure smooth operations.

Plumber

Install, repair, and maintain water supply systems, pipes, fittings, and drainage systems.
Detect and fix leaks, blockages, and plumbing faults.

Electrician

Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure safe electrical operations.

Handyman

Perform minor repairs and maintenance across different areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, and fittings.
Assist with general upkeep of the facility.

AC Technician

Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems.
Diagnose cooling system faults and carry out preventive maintenance.

Tiler

Lay wall and floor tiles according to specifications.
Prepare surfaces and ensure quality finishing.

Carpenter

Construct, repair, and install wooden structures, fittings, and furniture.
Read measurements and work with various carpentry tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in the relevant field.
Technical certification or trade qualification is an added advantage.
