Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

Distributor & Channel Management:

Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support distributors in stock planning, product availability, and market expansion.

Market Development:

Identify and open new retail outlets and key accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
Ensure proper merchandising and brand presence in stores.

Team & Field Operations:

Supervise sales representatives and field promoters within the area (if applicable).
Provide coaching, training, and performance monitoring for field teams.
Ensure proper execution of promotions and trade marketing activities.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Resolve customer issues related to product supply, pricing, or service.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
