About the Role

Proforce Intelligence Systems is seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that support our cutting-edge defence and security technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
Build and maintain scalable AI solutions for real-world applications.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy.
Integrate AI models into production environments and existing software systems.
Collaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Monitor deployed models and continuously improve performance.
Research and implement emerging AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning development.
Strong proficiency in Python, OpenCV, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics is an added advantage.
Familiarity with SQL, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
