Job Summary

We are seeking ambitious, results-driven fresh graduates to join our Consumer Lending Program.
This role is designed to develop high-potential talents into skilled lending professionals responsible for originating, assessing, and managing consumer loan portfolios while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new customers for consumer lending products (personal loans, salary loans, asset finance, etc.)
Conduct basic credit analysis and financial assessments of prospective clients
Promote and cross-sell lending products to meet assigned targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments to minimize default rates
Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure seamless loan processing
Participate in field marketing, client visits, and sales campaigns

Program Objectives

Equip graduates with practical knowledge of consumer lending and credit risk management
Develop sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Build a pipeline of future leaders within the lending and retail banking space

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business Administration preferred)
0–1yearof work experience (NYSC completion or in progress may be required)
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and financial services
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Key Competencies:

Salary
N90,000 - N93,000 per month.
