Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, highly creative, and has a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our online and offline stores.
Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok, that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetics.
Manage the social media calendar, scheduling posts, and coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure timely and cohesive content delivery.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other industry professionals to expand our reach and drive collaboration opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate social media initiatives with online sales efforts, including promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and basic photography skills are a plus.
Passion for fashion and a deep knowledge of current trends and industry influencers.
