We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a reputable architectural and construction firm in Ilorin, Kwara . The role requires hands-on experience in overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design plans and project specifications
Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards on site
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve site issues
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports
Manage resources, materials, and equipment efficiently
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports
Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures
Support junior engineers and site staff in project execution
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards

Required Knowledge, Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Excel , and other construction management tools
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Must reside within close proximity to Ilorin, Kwara

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Engineer in construction or architectural projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and leadership skills
