Junior Business Development Consultant (Sales Support Consultant)

Our client, a player in the Real Estate Investment Industry is looking to hire highly competent, well-presented, professional Sales Support Consultants (Business Development) in the Abuja and Lagos offices to support and assist the company's growth plans in Nigeria. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career and work for an international real estate investment company (with a particular focus on UK property).

Responsibilities

Work with the business development manager to develop relationships with Millionaires-High Net Worth investors in Nigeria who have an interest in UK property investment.
Work with the Business Development Manager to identify clients’ needs and financial goals to make real estate investment recommendations.
Research and develop knowledge of UK property market and investment process to become an expert in the field.
Prepare reports and conduct market research analysis of potential Millionaires-High Net Worth investors and identify business opportunities.
Work with the Business Development Manager to source relationships with business partners to open up new sales channels to distribute the group’s properties and increase sales volumes.
Work with integrity, be a brand ambassador for the Group, and provide clients with impeccable customer service.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline and Microsoft Office competence.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering sales
Minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management/ Real Estate Management with a good understanding of Real Estate.
Proven experience closing deals in the real estate industry.
Ability to work independently with minor supervision and be self-motivated
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to build a career in international real estate investment and have a global mindset
Strong social media skills for business development – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc,
Proactive self-starter and able to think out of the box.
Strong presentation skills and great networking skills.
