As a Process Excellence Operations Lead at Sun King, you will analyze business processes, identify operational improvements, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows and support strategic decision-making in a high-impact off-grid solar energy environment.

What you'll do

Evaluate and optimize operational workflows across warehousing, inventory, procurement, and logistics to boost efficiency and cut costs.
Lead and implement structured process improvement initiatives, developing scalable operating procedures and playbooks.
Strengthen operational controls and compliance, identifying root causes of recurring issues and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to track KPIs, identify risks, and generate actionable insights.
Prepare and present clear operational reports and recommendations to management, tracking progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical system and process enhancements.
