Responsibilities :

Develop and deliver engaging and impactful lessons on Christian Religious Studies in line with the school's curriculum and instructional guidelines.
Instill Christian values and principles while fostering a strong spiritual and moral foundation among students.
Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students' participation, spiritual growth, and understanding of Biblical teachings.
Use diverse teaching strategies, resources, and technology to cater to different learning needs and abilities.
Regularly assess students' progress through formative and summative evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Promote critical thinking and real-world application of Christian teachings in students' lives.
Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-curricular activities and projects that integrate Biblical principles.
Stay updated with developments in theology, religious education, and teaching methods.
Participate in staff development programs, workshops, and seminars for professional growth.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians to maintain open communication and foster a supportive community.

Requirements:

A devoted practicing Christian with strong faith, integrity, and a commitment to Christian values.
Bachelor's degree in Christian Religious Studies, Theology, Religious Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification in Religious Studies or Education.
Proven experience teaching Christian Religious Studies at the secondary school level.
Deep understanding of Biblical teachings, church history, and Christian ethics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
Passion for mentoring students and inspiring them to apply Christian values in their daily lives.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and parents.
Ability to integrate technology and multimedia resources into CRS instruction.
Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning in the field of religious education.
