Job Summary:

On behalf of our client in the oil & gas sector, Samdenkens Nigeria Limited is recruiting for the role of a proactive and organized Operations Officer to support field operations, logistics, and project execution in Warri, Delta State. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in coordinating operational tasks within the oil & gas or technical services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate site operations including mobilization, logistics, and daily schedules.
Track job orders, update operational documentation, and resolve field issues.
Liaise with vendors, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure project alignment.
Monitor inventory, support delivery timelines, and supervise equipment movement.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and operational guidelines.
Provide regular status updates to the Operations Director.

Requirements

Requirements:

B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in an operations/logistics/project support role (preferably in oil & gas).
Excellent coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
Willingness to work in Warri, Delta State, and travel to nearby sites.

Technical Tools & Competencies Required:

Microsoft Excel & Project – for tracking progress and inventory updates.
Zoho Workspace/Microsoft Office – for collaboration and documentation.
Mobile field data capture tools (e.g., Fulcrum, KoboToolbox) – for site documentation.
ERP/Procurement systems – familiarity with logistics or procurement platforms.
