Coordinating sourcing of materials requirement planning to mitigate out of stock and factory shut down
Collaborating with NPD/R&D to develop quality product that drives cost savings
Conduct research to source the best products and vendors in terms of best value
Negotiate and agree contracts, keep contract details for reference
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and vendor performance targets are met or exceeded
Preparing procurement cost-benefit analysis for superior sourcing decision
Undertake value for money reviews of existing contracts and necessary review
Ensure the security and sustainability of sources of essential products and services
Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
Analyze data, produce reports and statistics for strategic decision making
keep up to date with trends and innovations, regulation and new technology that can impact on the business
Ensure compliance with foreign importation regulation/preprocess
Generating monthly and quarterly reports
Carry out other assigned tasks for the unit

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CIPS) is a plus.
