Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Bike Riders (Sales Representatives) to drive sales and product distribution across assigned territories within the South East and South South regions of Nigeria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, increasing market penetration, acquiring new customers, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while using a motorcycle for field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's products to retailers, wholesalers, and end-users within assigned territories.
Ride a company motorcycle to visit customers and maximize market coverage.
Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure adequate product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
Generate customer orders and facilitate timely product deliveries.
Collect payments where applicable and reconcile transactions accurately.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, collections, and inventory.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Represent the company positively and uphold its brand image.
Comply with all company policies, operational procedures, and road safety regulations.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: SSCE / WAEC (OND or higher qualification is an added advantage).
Previous experience in field sales, FMCG sales, direct sales, or product distribution is an advantage.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely.
Valid Rider's Permit or Driver's License is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
Good knowledge of the assigned territory and surrounding areas.
Honest, self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.
